• Only pick up your hat when your hands are clean and free of any oils.


• When picking up your hat off of a table or stand place one hand on the back of the hat brim and the other hand on the front. This will prevent putting extra stress on the rest of the brim and will keep the crown and any trim from being dented or crushed.


• When you put your hat on or take it off, handle the hat by the front and back of the brim.
